Roman Kelecic – Founder & Head Coach
Roman Kelecic is a certified LTA Level 4 Senior Performance Coach with a degree in Professional Tennis Coaching and over a decade of international experience.
He has coached and worked with top names, including Emma Raducanu, Jana Fett (WTA #97), Borna Coric, as well as multiple ITF top juniors and national champions.
Roman’s mission is to make elite tennis coaching accessible in Dubai, offering structured, science-based training tailored to every player, from beginners to aspiring professionals.
Luka Jarčov – Chief Operating Officer
Luka Jarčov comes from a sporting family that runs the largest tennis club in Croatia – TK Zagi, where he gained valuable experience from an early age by observing his parents, coaches, and managing the club’s tennis courts and programs.
Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in developing sports academies, managing clubs, and organizing major sporting events both in Croatia and internationally.
Under his leadership, sports organizations have achieved significant growth and success, while his main focus has always been on working with young athletes, building strong academy structures, and creating long-term foundations for sporting excellence.
Minet Lili Belle – Tennis Coach
Hailing from the Ivory Coast, Minet Lili Belle began her tennis journey at just two years old under the guidance of her father, a professional tennis coach. Growing up with two tennis courts at home, she developed her skills from an early age, ultimately reaching a career-high ITF ranking of 583. She was ranked number one in West and Central Africa for two consecutive years and consistently placed in the top 10 across Africa.
Due to limited sponsorship opportunities, Minet shifted her focus from competitive play to coaching. She completed both Level One and Level Two coaching certifications and has been passionately coaching in Dubai for over two years, helping players of all ages and levels develop their skills and love for the game.
